Custom web tools, API and webhook automations, Cloudflare Workers, DNS and email deliverability, troubleshooting and rescue work for broken sites, and technical scoping for messy situations. I also still handle WordPress and legacy sites when needed. I jump into existing systems all the time and figure out what is going on.
Occasionally, but it's not my main focus. I'm at my best when I'm brought in to solve specific problems: figuring out why something's broken, improving performance, wiring up integrations, or building out features on an existing platform. If you have designs ready and need them built, I can do that too.
Yes. Most troubleshooting and integration work starts with a system someone else built. I inspect the current setup, identify the smallest safe change, test it, and explain what changed. That can include Linux servers, Cloudflare, WordPress, ecommerce platforms and connected business tools.
For defined tasks, I give you a fixed-price quote upfront. For ongoing or exploratory work, I charge hourly. Either way, I'll outline the scope and costs clearly before we start. No hidden fees or surprises.
Whatever works best for you - email, Slack, or WhatsApp. I send regular updates and often record screencasts to walk you through what I've done or explain technical decisions. I find it's much clearer than long email threads.
